We don’t get snow a lot out here, and when it shows up, it’s normally melted away into sludge in a couple of days (or hours).  When it’s here though, it’s glorious.

The main street of Mission is adorned with signs for the upcoming Winter games, and there’s an air of “newness” all around.

Later on in the day I hung out a bit with my buddy Joe and his fearsome beast Django.  Did I say fearsome?  Sorry I mean “ridiculous”.

It was a great day, I love the snow.  It’s melting away now as I type this, but we can always hope we’ll get more as the winter goes on.  Here are some scenes in the snow along the main street in Maple Ridge.
